Pronounced: Rees-ling

Nose: Delicate aromatics in the lime and citrus spectrum suggest thearoma compunds of the mono-terpene family have not yet developed into something we can smell. A hint of potpourri and musk indicates these aromas will build over time and this could be an exciting Riesling journey.

Palate: A lovely crisp natural acitity gives great drive and length. The subtle musk aroma transforms to a delicious Pink Lady apple flavour, punctuated by the clean and balanced acid finish. Once again as for previous vintages, only the lightest fraction of free run juice is used giving it’s classic delicate and exciting palate.

Drink: This wine will develop beautifully over the next 15 years. Ideal drinking now until 2040
